Day Pass
Bayspace is an inclusive community and warmly welcomes anyone that is looking for a space to work, whether they are visiting on business, on holiday, or both. A Day Pass is also great for anyone that wants to test run our facilities before considering a membership or for those who only occasionally need space to work from.

A Day Pass provides you acess to a desk and includes acess ot our standard facilities and perks and avialible to use Monday to Friday  between 9am and 5pm.

A Day Pass cannot be split to cover two half days, so if you need mulitple Days you will need to purchase a Day Pass for each Day you need to use the space.

    Printing: 

    Printing and scanning services are available at Reception at extra cost, please send the file to hello@bayspace-stives.com and a member of the team will send to print.  

    Where can I work?: 

    Roaming areas - A map and fob will be issued on arrival. 
    Your fob gives you access to work from the following Roaming Areas: 

    -Drawing Room 
    -Music Room 
    - Halse Room 
    - Wheal Reeth 
    - Consols 
    - Harbour 

    Please return your fob to reception at the end of the day. 

    Fire Safety: 

    In the event of a fire;

    - Activate wall mounted fire alarm if the alarm has not been activated. 
    - Evacuate the building safely, follow the fire evacuation signs.  
    - Meet at the Fire Assembly Point, the Malakoff Bus Station. 

    Café: 

    - Free filter coffee and tea is available in the café until 3pm each day. 
    - Barista made coffee and snacks are available to purchase. 

    Member Kitchen: 

    - Located on the 2nd floor. 
    - The dishwasher is underneath the sink, please place dirty cups in here and the dishwasher will be turned on by a member of the Bayspace team at the end of the day.  
    - All food stored within the communal fridge must be taken with you at the end of the workday.   

    Other: 

    - All Day Pass users are required to wear a headset when taking a call within the coworking spaces, unless situated in one of the phone booths. 
    - Day pass users must always respect staff, members and the building. 
    - No Smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises.
     - Day pass users may invite visitors to Bayspace but must have a meeting room booked for the duration of the visit. Breakout and Coworking areas may not be utilised by visitors.  
    - Visitors are welcome in the café.  
    - Corridors, halls and stairwells must be kept clear at all times to ensure fire escapes are never obstructed.  
    - No dogs except service dogs are permitted beyond the cafe and terrace areas. 
    - Please ensure no persons enter the building as you enter or exit to ensure the safety of all onsite.
