Bayspace opened its doors in 2023 following an award winning refurbishment of an iconic Grade II listed heritage building overlooking the harbour town of St Ives. Owned and operated for the benefit of the Cornwall community as a Community Interest Company. All revenue is invested back into delivering a more sustainable, prosperous, fair and resilient future for our community. Conceived and managed by the community, Bayspace is a space for our community and reliant on the support and contribution of our members, volunteers and visitors.
